Our Story

Built From the
Ground Up

TTM Mechanical LLC was founded by Timothy Morrow with a straightforward belief: mechanical systems should work right, and when they don't, a skilled technician should fix them properly — not just cheaply. That philosophy has guided every job since day one.

Based in Delaware, Ohio, TTM Mechanical serves residential and commercial clients throughout Central Ohio. From a single furnace repair to a full commercial HVAC installation, every project gets the same level of care and precision.

As an owner-operated company, Timothy brings his personal expertise to every job site. There are no layers of management between you and the person doing the work. That accountability matters to us — and to the clients who trust us with their homes and businesses.

Our Principles

How We Work

01

Precision First

Every mechanical system we touch is sized, installed, and calibrated correctly. We don't cut corners. Proper engineering means your system runs efficiently for years, not months.

02

Straight Talk

You'll get an honest assessment and a clear estimate before any work begins. We explain what needs to be done and why. No upsells, no surprise charges, no runaround.

03

Work Guaranteed

We stand behind everything we install and repair. If something isn't right, we make it right. Your comfort and satisfaction are the measure of our success on every job.
