Services

TTM Mechanical LLC provides HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services; mechanical contracting; ventilation and air quality solutions; and related services to residential and commercial clients in Central Ohio.

All services are subject to a written or verbal agreement between TTM Mechanical LLC and the client. Estimates are provided prior to commencement of work. Pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the service visit.

TTM Mechanical LLC reserves the right to decline any service request at its discretion.

Service Terms

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided by TTM Mechanical LLC are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if unforeseen conditions are discovered. We will communicate any significant changes before proceeding with additional work.

Workmanship Warranty

TTM Mechanical LLC warrants our workmanship against defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of service, unless otherwise specified in writing. This warranty covers labor and installation; equipment and parts warranties are subject to manufacturer terms.

Payment

Payment terms are as agreed upon between TTM Mechanical LLC and the client prior to service. Invoices are due upon completion unless a payment schedule has been established in writing.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service call fee.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTM Mechanical LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TTM Mechanical LLC in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware County, Ohio.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TTM Mechanical LLC, its owner, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our website or services, or your violation of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
